Description: This session addresses advanced endometriosis surgery involving extrapelvic, urinary, gastrointestinal, appendiceal, and recurrent disease. The presentations highlight surgical outcomes, morbidity, predictors of associated pathology, and reoperation risk.

Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:

1. Recognize risks associated with complex endometriosis excision.
2. Discuss evidence for bowel, bladder, appendix, and recurrent disease management.
3. Apply outcomes data to preoperative counseling and multidisciplinary planning.
